College and Career

College and Career Mission

We are committed to empowering all students to make well-founded decisions about their life choices and their post-high school options. Students will have the knowledge and skills needed to qualify for and succeed in the post secondary job training and/or education necessary for their chosen career.

Goals

Students will develop a deeper knowledge of themselves and post-high school opportunities. We support students through counseling to help them plan for the future and transition to high school. Through mentoring and personal growth students will develop a pathway for their future and becomes advocates for their success in school and life.

Community

Patrick Henry Middle School works with our community to provide enrichment experiences for our students through field trips to high schools, colleges, museums, and other organizations. These experiences open students eyes to future possibilities and prepares them to become global citizens.
